Team DISCovery Workshops (more detail)

1. Administration of the Personal Profile Analysis

Prior to the workshop the Personal Profile Analysis will be administered on each delegate.

The report typically includes the following:

  • Most preferred work style of each team member (DISC)
  • Strengths and weaknesses
  • Motivators and fears
  • Management style
  • Potential frustrations and stressors

2. The Workshop

“Knowing others is wisdom. Knowing yourself is enlightenment” Lao Tzu

These workshops are designed to help delegates understand the impact that their behaviour and management style has on their colleagues and the business, using the PPA as an intervention tool.

Who should attend?

The workshop is not only useful for management teams, but is also designed for departmental teams such as sales, production, finance, marketing and technical.

3. “DISCover More” Modules

All too often we leave training sessions with a wealth of useful knowledge which slowly disappears as we get involved in our everyday work life. By having eight follow-up modules, two a month, we seek to reinforce the important learnings that the candidates have gained in the initial sessions. These e-mails will offer practical ways to apply DISC knowledge in every day settings, relating the knowledge specifically to the profiles of the delegates that attended the workshop.
